William John Knox-Little (1839 - 1918):

William Knox-Little was born in Stewartstown, County Tyrone, and was educated at Cambridge University. He was Rector of St Alban's, Manchester, having been a curate in London. He was mentioned in dispatches during the Boer War, in his capacity as army chaplain. He published fiction and religious work and was made Canon of Worcester Cathedral in 1881. He died in Worcester.
