Frances Casement was born in Dublin. During the First World War she worked for the Soldiers', Sailors' and Airmens' Families Association in Dublin, and in London in the Second World War. She served on the War Pensions Committee. She was Irish Ladies Golf Champion in 1910, 1911 and 1912, and was runner-up in 1913. She died in Ballymoney, County
