Joseph Barclay (1831 - 1881): |
Joseph Barclay was born in County Tyrone and was educated at Trinity College, Dublin. He was involved in missionary work among the Jews and became the Bishop of Jerusalem in 1861. He translated portions of the Talmud into English.
