Andrew Hamilton (c.1639 - c.1691):
Cleric, Church of Ireland
Andrew Hamilton was probably born in County Tyrone. He was ordained in 1661, went to Kilskerry as rector in 1689, and organised his parishioners so that they could defend themselves. He was agent to William and Mary for the Enniskilleners. The parliament of James II accused him of treason. He published True Relations of the Actions of Inniskilling Men in 1690.
